Thank you for making Nate Mack's Reading Week a great success! We are grateful for the wonderful guest readers who shared their favorite stories and books with our students throughout the week. We also had a fun visit with the professional rugby team from Samoa, and then cheered them on as they played in the Las Vegas USA Sevens tournament at Sam Boyd Stadium on Saturday. Thank you, too, to our generous PTO who teamed up with the high school culinary arts students from SECTA to bring Green Eggs and Ham for breakfast to Nate Mack, in celebration of Dr. Seuss's birthday on Wednesday.
Please don't let the reading fun stop.! Our spring Book Fair that is going on in our library this week and we hope that students and their families will stop by between 7:40 am and 2:45 pm to browse the great selection of books.
Also this week, we will be holding our March PTO meetings in room 22. The afternoon meeting will be at 2:30 and the evening meeting will be at 6:00. We hope to see you there.
On Thursday, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm McDonald's is having Nate Mack Night. Stop by for dinner and you will be greeted and served by one of our Nate Mack staff members. Students who bring their completed coloring page to McDonald's will receive a free dessert. It should be a fun event for all families!
